    Episode 87: TAOT Lucifer S5E16

    This is it. The finale. We had so many emotions, we were confused, we were delighted and we could not stop talking.
    Strap in for some random references and totally obvious parallels to other shows - Supernatural, Buffy, She-Ra, the Good Place and even Hannibal make an apperance this time around. Lina as per usual still found some things to complain about, but all in all we were both incredibly happy with this finale and cannot wait to get into season 6 with you all.

    Aside from torturing your ears more than usual, we have so much behind the scenes info on this one (did you know there was a song that did not make it into the episode?), we debate strongly various points of this episode (is Wicked Game even part of the Musical or just Lucifer singing?), rage some more against Dad (no surprise there), agree on some points, agree to disagree on quite a few more points, create our own headcanon and all in all have an amazing time with this episode.

    As the episode name may suggest, we will be talking about family a lot. Linda gets to meet her child's grandfather, Maze asks God for a soul and gets rejected, Luci gets to hang out with his favourite twin and even more favourite father and we get to go on complainathon about God.
    Lucifer closes this episode by dropping a bomb on Chloe and we lovingly reminisce watching that scene in the S5b trailer.
